Street Safety Clinics
We are currently in the process of developing our Street Safety clinics and are shooting for a target date of early Spring, 2011. These clinics will be geared towards new and experienced drivers alike and will focus on the most demanding of street driving conditions and situations.
Classroom sessions will be followed up with on-street practice in student's own vehicles. Particular attention will be paid to car control skills needed for emergency situations and accident avoidance, including practicing threshold braking and exploring the limit of grip. We will also emphasize the crucial dos and don'ts for avoiding distrations in today's driving environment!
These sessions will typically last 4-6 hours and be held rain (or snow) or shine in an effort to thoroughly prepare students for what they can expect in Colorado's varied weather conditions.
